Hello, and welcome to Cooper’s Comics and Collectibles, located at 477 Locust Street, on the corner of Locust Street and N. 5th Street, in the historic river town of Columbia, Pennsylvania.

We’re Mitch and Jeanne Cooper, and along with Spencer, our Maltese terrier, we’ve been the owners of Cooper’s Comics since March of 2017.

Cooper’s Comics & Collectibles opened its doors on March 1, 2017, with our grand opening one month later on April 1, 2017.

In February 2020, we began a remodeling project to open our floor for gaming. Check out the photos, showing the progress we’ve made.

Our comics inventory began with my collection, having been reading comics since I was 6 or 7 years old. Because of that, we have a really good selection of Silver Age comics, especially Amazing Spider-Man, Superman, Superboy, Tales of Suspense (Iron Man & Captain America), Strange Tales (Human Torch & the Thing with Doctor Strange then Nick Fury, Agent of Shield), Adventure, Daredevil, and on and on! That selection now continues to current titles. We have 25,000 comic books and all the assorted supplies ~ trading cards for gaming including Magic, Pokémon, Yu-gi-oh, and others; card supplies; and many collectibles, including Funko Pops, action figures, and so much more.

We also have a discount for customers who “subscribe” to current books. Ask about that program.
